Miguel Gomez-Lopez, a 32-year-old Guatemalan citizen, was sentenced to 13 years in prison for unlawful reentry and possession of child pornography. He will also face five years of supervised release and deportation. Gomez-Lopez pleaded guilty to charges after police found him with two intoxicated 14-year-old girls. Evidence included nude photos of one minor on his phone. The case began with a police welfare check on the minors, leading to his arrest in June 2023.
