Dick Cheney says he will vote for Harris
Briefly

"In our nation's 248-year history, there has never been an individual who is a greater threat to our republic than Donald Trump. He tried to steal the last election using lies and violence to keep himself in power after the voters had rejected him. He can never be trusted with power again," Cheney, 83, said Friday in a widely reported statement.
"As citizens, we each have a duty to put country above partisanship to defend our Constitution. That is why I will be casting my vote for Vice President Kamala Harris," Cheney explained.
Harris expressed her honor in receiving the endorsements, stating, "It's time to turn the page on the divisiveness. It's time to bring our country together, chart a new way forward," highlighting the importance of national unity.
Following the Cheneys' support for Harris, Trump dismissed Dick Cheney as an "irrelevant RINO" and criticized Liz Cheney, reflecting the ongoing divide within the Republican Party.
