Denise Richards secured a permanent restraining order against estranged husband Aaron Phypers that remains in effect until Nov. 7, 2030. The order bars Phypers from contacting Richards in any way, possessing firearms, and requires him to stay at least 100 yards from her and her workplace. Richards alleges repeated, violent physical abuse throughout their seven-year marriage, including choking, squeezing her head, threats to kill, and theft and leaking of electronic devices, texts, and nude photos. Phypers denies the allegations, calling them false and hurtful, and was recently released on $200,000 bond after an arrest outside a courthouse hearing.
