Patrick Tu Huynh, 35, of Marlborough was arraigned on charges including seven counts of photographing a person in a state of nudity without consent, two counts of unlawful wiretap, and destruction of property. A camera was found taped to the toilet of the staff bathroom in May, and an identical device was discovered in August, both attached with dental wax and medical tape. Investigators allege Huynh placed the camera inside the toilet to capture audio and video; footage reportedly included victims and images of Huynh adjusting the lens. Huynh pleaded not guilty, bail was set at $10,000, and orders include surrendering his passport, no contact with victims, and no presence at the practice. His next court date is Sept. 25.
