D4vd, whose real name is David Anthony Burke, was initially not named a suspect in the ongoing investigation when the case first began."
"Rivas was reported missing from her home in Lake Elsinore, California, last year, and her family said she had a boyfriend named David, with whom she had matching finger tattoos. She had run away from home several times before making contact in May 2024. Employees from a Hollywood Tow yard reported a foul odor coming from an abandoned Tesla to the police, who found Rivas's dismembered and decomposed body in the front trunk of the car."
Singer D4vd, legally David Anthony Burke, is identified as a suspect after a 15-year-old girl's decomposed and dismembered body was found in an abandoned Tesla. An LAPD source says Burke has not been cooperating with police and that the death most likely occurred in the spring with more than one person involved. No arrests have been made and there is no official cause of death. The teenager was reported missing from Lake Elsinore last year; her family said she had a boyfriend named David and had run away multiple times before contacting family in May 2024.
