A bystander assisted the driver in exiting the submerging 2021 Hyundai Palisade, which was towing a boat, before police arrived. The driver was evaluated at the scene and did not require further medical attention. Lovey's Towing removed both the vehicle and the boat from the water. No additional injuries or ongoing emergency response were reported.
