The remains of Rosa Andrade, a 29-year-old factory worker, were identified, marking the end of the search for victims of the Hurricane Helene flooding.
Andrew Harris, a captain with Unicoi County Search and Rescue, stated, 'We're trying to provide closure for the families, and obviously grieving with them.'
Hurricane Helene caused extensive damage, leading to over 200 deaths across the Southeast, with North Carolina alone experiencing more than 100 storm-related fatalities.
Search efforts continue for other victims in North Carolina, where state officials believe at least a dozen people remain unaccounted for.
