Texas rallied to defeat Texas A&M 27-17 as Arch Manning threw a 29-yard touchdown to Ryan Wingo and ran 35 yards for the clinching score late in the fourth quarter. The Longhorns improved to 9-3 (6-2 SEC, No. 16 CFP) and spoiled the Aggies' 11-0 run, knocking them out of contention for an SEC title game. Texas A&M fell to 11-1 (7-1, No. 3 CFP) but remains likely to reach the College Football Playoff. Texas recorded its third win over a top-10 opponent this season and credited halftime adjustments, physical play, turnovers, and balanced offense.
