Robert Muggah stated, "Ukraine is a significant player in a wide range of minerals that are of interest to the U.S.," indicating its potential as a supplier.
Muggah warned, however, that "the scale of extractable critical minerals in Ukraine is likely vastly overstated," highlighting challenges in fully assessing Ukraine's mineral wealth.
