A multi-vehicle crash near 100 N. Chicago St. in Boyle Heights killed one woman and seriously injured three others Sunday afternoon. The Los Angeles Fire Department responded and found one person trapped in the wreckage. KCAL-TV Channel 9 reported that police arrested a person believed to have fled the scene and took them to a hospital for injuries suffered in the crash. The suspect was not identified. The LAPD said the accident remains under investigation.
