
"Responding to a report of multiple unresponsive individuals at 44 Liege St., Providence emergency personnel found four people on the front lawn and three more being carried outside the house. First responders treated the students with Narcan and transported them to nearby hospitals, where they were deemed "conscious and alert," the Providence Police Department said. On Saturday, detectives identified a suspect believed to have supplied narcotics to one of the students who overdosed, Providence police said."

Perez, the city's chief of police. "The coordinated efforts of our Narcotics and Organized Crime Bureau ensured that dangerous weapons and narcotics were removed from the streets of Providence." Williams and Patterson are both facing multiple charges, including illegally owning a firearm and possessing cocaine and fentanyl with intent to deliver."

Detectives identified a suspect believed to have supplied narcotics and executed a search warrant at 26 Hawkins St., seizing two assault-style rifles, about 20 grams of fentanyl, approximately $1,700, and three handguns, including a suspected untraceable ghost gun. Angel Williams, Patrick Patterson, and Kimsheree Simoneau were arrested on multiple drug and firearm charges; Williams and Patterson were held without bail and Simoneau posted a $10,000 property bond. All three are due back in court March 9.
