One student is in CommonSpirit St. Anthony Hospital in Lakewood and is in critical but stable condition. A more recent update on their condition was not yet available Friday morning."

Jefferson County Sheriff's said Desmond shot two of his schoolmates including 18-year-old Matthew Silverstone before turning the gun on himself. Desmond died later Wednesday at the hospital. The name of the second student who was shot has not been released."
