During a recent interview on Fox Business, Rep. Andy Ogles defended President Trump's approach to trade and criticized judicial actions that he considers overreaches. He expressed a desire for Trump to serve a third term, proposing a constitutional amendment to facilitate this. Ogles emphasized that many countries benefit from trade deals with the U.S. and rejected the influence of "woke activist judges" in legal proceedings related to Trump's policies. He shared his experiences in Europe where leaders expressed interest in revisiting trade agreements with the U.S.
We've seen it all across the spectrum: in the civil, the criminal, and, of course, in these international courts...
I'd love for Trump to have a third term so we can reset these courts and actually have folks who follow the law and the Constitution versus their ideological positions.
I agree with the appeal. For too long now, some of these countries have really manipulated the trade situation, taken advantage of the American consumer.
They understand that they're better off when they have a deal with us than to have these woke activist judges.
