In the Commons, the only immediate formal consequence looks to be the moving of three writs for by-elections (which briefing suggest will not be long delayed).Otherwise, look out for some ingenious urgent questions from the Opposition parties and, doubtless, lots of ghoulish humour from backbenchers, all designed to rub salt into Tory wounds, and to try and ensure Rishi Sunak takes some damage.
