The Community Security Trust recorded more than 4,000 incidents, well over double the number in 2022. There was a huge spike following the Hamas attack on Israel: two-thirds occurred in the last three months of the year, a rise of 589% on a year earlier.
Antisemitic incidents increased before Israel had launched a coordinated military response to the Hamas terrorist attacks There are no signs that this is abating.
