The Supreme Court yesterday ruled that the terms woman and sex in the 2010 Equality Act 'refer to a biological woman and biological sex'.
Duffield, who sits as an independent MP in the Commons after quitting Labour, said the Prime Minister should say sorry to her for previously condemning her stance on the issue.
A proper and sort of genuine sorry would be nice, but that isn't going to happen under Keir Starmer's leadership.
We've already heard the Labour Party sort of trying to backtrack and pretend that they were always on board, which is obviously not the case.
