"I think it's so blindingly... bleedin' obvious that something should be done here... in an intelligent, affluent, civilised society, we get this done," said Sir Andrew Dilnot.
"I think it's perfectly feasible for the government to expect... by the end of 2025, we know what needs to be done, this is what we're going to do," Dilnot stated.
"It's really a matter of political courage and political decision-making... I don't think we need a very long time to work out what, we just need to decide this is what we are going to do," he urged.
"The care challenges facing families and local authorities were simply unacceptable in a society with the levels of income and wealth that we have. We are just not doing that well," Dilnot expressed.
