"at a future date"
The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) refused to publish minutes for nine Board meetings held between June and November 2025 after a freedom of information request. An applicant was told by a spokesperson that the minutes would be published 'at a future date'. Campaigners and the Trans Advocacy and Complaints Collective argued the refusal contradicted published transparency commitments to publish minutes from the last five years 'as soon as we can' and said delays beyond six months were unreasonable. The EHRC partially published Scottish branch minutes for May–September 2025, one confirming AI use to process 50,000 consultation responses.
