Judge Bobbie Cheema-Grubb sentenced Earl to 17 years' imprisonment plus six years on extended licence for leading several attacks, including a March warehouse blaze that destroyed humanitarian aid and Starlink satellite equipment bound for Ukraine. Evidence included CCTV, phone data, forensic analysis and videos found on Earl's phone. Earl communicated with Wagner members on Telegram and discussed kidnapping plans. Reeves received 12 years plus one year on extended licence for recruiting participants.
