"Earlier, emergency services attended scene of a serious road traffic collision outside Limavady. Two fire appliances, police, ambulance, and the charity air ambulance were at the scene on the Boleran Road between Coleraine, Garvagh and Limavady. A young girl has since been airlifted to Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children for injuries which have been described as "critical". In a social media post, Ballerin GAA asked for prayers for the girl:"
"The road has been closed to traffic, with specialist rescue teams working at the scene. A spokesperson for the PSNI said: "Police received a report of a road traffic collision in the Boleran Road area of Limavady involving a lorry and a child pedestrian shortly before 4pm, today Monday 10th November. "Officers alongside colleagues from the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service and Northern Ireland Ambulance Service attended the scene."
