"We were called at 3.50pm today, November 25, to reports of a person hit by a train at Green Park Underground Station, W1J. We sent an ambulance crew, a paramedic in a fast response car, an incident response officer and our Hazardous Area Response Team to the scene. We also dispatched a trauma team in a car from London's Air Ambulance. Sadly, a person died at the scene."
