The suspect is described as white, in his 30s, with short hair and wearing dark clothing. Police released CCTV footage and asked anyone with information, dashcam or CCTV, to call 999. Officers are recovering evidence and building a profile. Last month a Sikh woman was raped on Tame Road, Oldbury, also treated as racially aggravated.
