A male passenger in his late teens was pronounced dead at the scene, while the driver, also a male in his late teens, has been hospitalized with injuries that are believed to be non-life-threatening. Garda forensic investigators are currently examining the site of the crash, and local diversions have been set up. Authorities are requesting anyone with relevant camera footage or information to assist in the investigation.
