We go above and beyond for pupils, but now we're being asked to take a pay cut, either in our salary now or in our pensions later. It's incredibly disheartening.
The planned strike action will go ahead until we have a resolution. We continue to push for ACAS negotiations and hope the school will take us up on this suggestion.
