The UK has said it is up to the White House to decide on sending F-16 jets to Ukraine but Britain will do all it can make sure all those nations who want to send jets can.The defence secretary, Ben Wallace said after talks with Boris Pistorius, his German counterpart, in Berlin that Washington has to decide "whether it wants to release that technology".
