Sara Sharif suffered multiple fractures across 25 locations on her body, court told
Briefly

A skeletal scan revealed that Sara Sharif had suffered 25 unexplained fractures and an extremely rare neck injury, likely caused by multiple episodes of blunt force trauma.
Consultant paediatric radiologist Professor Owen Arthurs stated that the fractures were unusual, unable to be explained by accident or any single high-impact trauma event.
The evidence pointed towards probable manual strangulation; the rare hyoid fracture in the child indicated a violet means of strangulation, along with other severe injuries.
Sara's case of over 70 injuries included bite marks, scalding, burns, skeletal injuries, and bleeding on the brain, indicating sustained abuse over time.
