An off-duty police officer was assaulted at Wood Green Underground station around 4.20pm on June 12. The officer confronted a group trying to pass through the ticket barrier without tickets. The group responded violently, kicking and punching the officer while also throwing a drink on her. The British Transport Police are seeking assistance from the public to identify individuals who may have information about the incident. They request that anyone who recognizes the individuals contact them or Crimestoppers anonymously.
