"BBC A Metropolitan Police officer has been charged after allegedly sharing messages about the sexual abuse of children. PC Duncan Bouette is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on Thursday charged with two counts under the Obscene Publications Act relating to a series of messages on 18 November 2024. He was arrested on Tuesday and suspended from duty while in police custody before being charged on Wednesday."
