The alleged victim is a woman in her 20s believed to be a Sikh student. West Midlands Police investigated after a report of a distressed woman in the Park Hall area of Walsall. Ashby is due to appear at Birmingham Magistrates' Court and there are warnings against sharing information that could prejudice the trial.
