A man has been arrested on suspicion of sexual assault in Epping. Police were called to High Road, Epping, yesterday at 5.20pm to reports of a person acting inappropriately.
Essex Police has said: Although our investigation is in its early stages, the behaviour which had been reported has now ceased and we're not looking for anyone else at this stage.
A spokesperson said: We know incidents such as this can clearly cause concern among the public.
The force added: We'd also like to thank the members of the public who made reports to us this evening, which allowed us to respond as quickly as possible.
