Leaderless Tories can't comment on biggest Budget for three decades
Briefly

The Conservative Party has left itself unable to make any significant comments on Labour's first Budget, a consequence of its unfinished leadership race.
After Wednesday's Budget, a Conservative spokesperson said they wouldn’t be making detailed comments on the fiscal event that saw the most significant tax rises since 1993.
The timing of the leadership election means that the party is unable to properly criticize the first Labour Budget for 14 years.
The Tory leadership race will conclude on Saturday, with either Robert Jenrick or Kemi Badenoch being crowned the winner.
