At a short hearing in London's Rolls Building, Judge Sebastian Prentis declared Ms Price bankrupt as she had not responded to HMRC regarding the debt.
In written submissions, it was mentioned that the prior agreement involved Ms Price making 36 monthly payments and a lump sum to settle her debts.
