Lucia poignantly expressed her heartbreak over the life Shane could have lived, emphasizing her daily visits to his grave and the ongoing grief faced by the family. "He lost out on his whole life ahead and what should have been," reflecting on her son’s potential and the bright future snatched away from him.
"When he was over in London visiting his girlfriend, he would go down to the markets in Camden and get ostrich or whatever was being sold." This highlights his adventurous spirit.
