Nial, a 25-year-old aspiring chef who left school with 11 GCSEs and no A-levels, found direction after attending the Enterprise course. The Enterprise course offers mentoring, start-up funding and guidance to help participants build viable businesses. The King's Trust supported around 70,000 young people in the past year. Over five years, 75% of programme completers moved into work, training, or further education. The Trust runs four flagship programmes: Explore to build skills for work; Team to help next steps into employment; Enterprise to support entrepreneurs; and Get Hired to improve CVs, applications and interview technique.
