Officers responded to reports of disorder at around 7pm on Friday and declared the woman dead at the scene. No other injuries were reported. The teenager was taken into custody for questioning and a scene has been established at the property while investigators work to establish the full circumstances. Detective Inspector Darren Ambrose confirmed the arrest and said police are not looking for anyone else. A cordon will remain and residents can expect increased police presence.
