Brendan Mullin, a former rugby international, was found guilty of stealing more than €567,000 from Bank of Ireland Private Bank. He served 13 months of a three-year prison sentence and was released three months ago. Mullin, who was the managing director of the bank from 2011 to 2013, committed the theft during his tenure.
