Former Met Police firearms officer charged with rape and sex offences

On December 2024, he was dismissed from the force at a hearing held in private due to the ongoing criminal proceedings."

The offences are alleged to have occurred between 2012 and 2024 and relate to one alleged victim. Allegations include controlling the victim's diet and hygiene, coercion to obtain class A drugs, posting intimate images publicly, serious violence during BDSM encounters, sexual activity on police premises and alleged access to a firearm. Doyle was arrested, suspended and later dismissed.
