'Devoted father' remembered by 'tight knit' community after death in farming accident
Briefly

Emergency services responded to a fatal incident involving John Logue in Castlederg, Co Tyrone, where he lost his life. A devoted father in his 40s, Logue's death comes just months after the loss of his father. The community, described as tight-knit and well-acquainted with the Logue family, has expressed shock and sympathy, with local council members and businesses reaching out to offer condolences. The tragedy is emphasized by the nature of the incident, highlighting the risks associated with farming.
My sympathies are with the family. I know that John's father, Charlie passed away just before Christmas. It was really a tragedy, it shows the dangers facing those working in the farming business. It was a farming death which is doubly tragic, with the passing of John's father in November.
Aghyaran is a tight knit rural community, everybody knows each other. So John and his family are well known. The whole community is just really shocked, it is such a tragic loss. I would like to offer my condolences to the family.
John was a devoted father whose face lit up when chatting about his son, our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends during this difficult time. May he rest in peace.
