Congestion Charge Residents' Discount holders will continue to receive a 90% discount and pay 1.80 daily. The 100% Cleaner Vehicle Discount ends on 25 December 2025 and will be replaced by tiered discounts: from 2 January electric cars on Auto Pay receive 25% off (13.50), electric vans/HGVs/quadricycles on Auto Pay receive 50% off (9), and electric car club vehicles returned to the same bay receive 100%. From 4 March 2030 discounts reduce to 12.5% for cars and 25% for larger vehicles. The Piccadilly line will get 94 new trains starting in 2026, increasing peak frequency and upgrading power and platform infrastructure.
