A selection of sixteen East Coast orchards offers pick-your-own apples along with additional attractions such as markets, restaurants, baked goods, farm stores, and hard apple cider distilleries. Fishkill Farms is about two hours north of New York City and requires reservations for apple picking, with group options and extra-person fees. Reserved pickers receive complimentary hayrides. The farm includes the Treasury Cider Bar serving ciders made from on-site apples, weekend food options, and a farm store selling cider and apple cider donuts.
