Tesla Energy recently became a member of the Australian Energy Council (AEC), marking a significant step in its efforts to enhance grid-scale and home-scale battery deployment across Australia. The AEC membership allows Tesla to collaborate with other industry leaders in driving the energy transition, aiming for a decarbonised energy system that benefits consumers nationwide. Tesla's Regional Director, Josef Tadich, expressed excitement about the partnership and the evolving energy landscape, which is increasingly adapting to innovations in renewable energy, storage systems, and consumer-driven technologies.
AEC membership provides an opportunity to collaborate to develop the solutions necessary to drive Australia's energy transition. Together, we aim to create positive outcomes for consumers across the nation as the energy system decarbonises.
A big thank you to Louisa Kinnear and the Australian Energy Council, Tesla are very much looking forward to working together in this space, in what is turning out to be an exciting 2025.
