At the 2025 Sea Otter Classic, 5Dev unveiled a series of new products, including striking Kashima-colored titanium cranks that complemented other bike components. Alongside the visually appealing cranks, they showcased new titanium threaded bottom brackets designed for durability and performance, equipped with high-quality ceramic bearings. Furthermore, 5Dev teased upcoming innovations such as a 3D printed prototype spider for Shimano GRX chainrings, which adds to their expanding product line catering to both traditional and eMTB applications.
The cranks looked to match the Kashima color of the Fox fork and dropper post, beautifully tying the whole bike together.
5Dev also had a few samples of their new titanium threaded bottom brackets out to gawk at.
5Dev was also showing off this 3D printed prototype spider on their ti road/gravel/xc cranks to fit a set of Shimano GRX 2x chainrings.
Together with their 9-year-old DH-racing ambassador @Emi_shreds, 5Dev teased that their classic open webbed titanium cranks will be coming soon in 155mm.
