Lillard would reforge the Raptors anew in the fires of his offensive genius. He'd fill a Lillard-sized hole in Toronto's roster. He'd lead Toronto to the playoffs and then dominate once there.
Most of all, the Raptors right now need shooting - both off the bounce and the catch. Lillard would provide.
