The Maple Leafs have re-signed forwards David Kämpf and Pontus Holmberg, the first moves under new general manager Brad Treliving.Kämpf agreed to a four-year, $9.6-million US deal at cap hit of $2.4 million a season.That's a significant raise from the two-year, $3-million deal the checking centre signed two years ago with Toronto.
