Former Maple Leafs general manager Kyle Dubas has been named president of hockey operations for the Pittsburgh Penguins.The Penguins made the announcement less than 30 minutes before his old team was to introduce Brad Treliving as Dubas's replacement in Toronto at a news conference.Dubas was fired by the Leafs less than two weeks ago after a tumulous series of events following Toronto's latest playoff exit.
