Brad Treliving spoke of Sheldon Keefe returning as a "second job." Now we're seeing signs of evolution from the Maple Leafs head coach.

One of the things we talked about is that I firmly believe we are all sometimes better in our second jobs...But sometimes a little bit of newness or freshness can help - a little bit of change.

If there was a time to pull the trigger on a new coach, it was the previous summer when all of Bruce Cassidy, Pete DeBoer, and (technically) Barry Trotz were available.
