In the new season of The White Lotus, the Ratliff family, played by Jason Isaacs and Parker Posey, has become a focal point for viewers due to their intriguing dynamics and potential secrets tied to their wealth. As the plot unfolds, Timothy's business troubles and unusual sibling interactions generate buzz. However, a controversial aspect of the season is the actors' portrayal of Southern accents; many find them inconsistent and challenging, prompting mixed reactions from audiences. The family's burgeoning story begs for more exploration as the episodes progress.
I'm sorry but neither her nor Jason Isaacs sound like they are from North Carolina and neither of them stay consistent on whatever accent they are attempting.
my problem with jason isaacs is sometimes he slips and just sounds australian (what you get when you mix british and US southern) but when he's getting it right, it's right.
