Toronto police responded to a two-vehicle collision shortly after 1 a.m. at Kingston Road and Brimley Road in Scarborough. A woman in her 60s was transported to hospital with life-threatening injuries. Three people in total were taken to hospital: two occupants of one vehicle and one occupant of the other vehicle. Two men in their 60s suffered minor injuries. The intersection remained closed on Sunday morning while police conducted an investigation. Emergency personnel attended the scene to provide care, and investigators worked to document the crash, secure evidence and determine the circumstances that led to the collision.
