
"The Thunder Bay Police Service (TBPS) said officers responded to a 911 call in the 300 block of Edward Street North shortly after 4 p.m. on Oct. 14. Police found the body of a man who was later identified as an 18-year-old from Milton. The suspect and witnesses had left the scene more than 24 hours before police were called, the TBPS said in a news release issued Saturday afternoon."
"The 18-year-old accused was already facing a weapons prohibition following a shooting incident on May 3, 2023 in the 200 block of Amelia Street West in Thunder Bay, the TBPS said. He was arrested on Friday in Toronto and appeared in court on Saturday. The TBPS says he has been remanded into custody with a future court date."
