Officers responded to an oil or gas spill near Bloor Street W. and Parkside Drive around 6:45 a.m., Toronto police said in a post on X warning of a hazard in the area.
Toronto Fire said the incident was caused by a diesel truck. It is believed the same truck spilled diesel on Keele Street and Parkside Drive.
Bloor Street W. eastbound is closed at High Park Avenue, police said. People are advised to use caution in the area.
